Randy Pender is a creative executive with more than 20 years of experience developing compelling branded environments. As founder of Blueprint3D, he extends the power of environmental design to transform businesses, brands and ideas.

A native of Columbia, S.C., Randy began his career with Rich’s in Atlanta in 1985. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, he rose to the role of divisional vice president of visual merchandising and store design at Rich's and then group vice president of Macy’s corporate marketing in New York City. Throughout his tenure with the world’s largest department store, he gained a reputation for defining and advancing the in-store aesthetic. As a creative force driving Macy’s operating divisions, he mastered the complex challenges of establishing nationwide standards and integrating them into the retail environment. He was challenged with building Macy’s position as a consistently fresh, appealing and recognizable brand known around the world.
